As our products are crafted with love and care on handlooms, slight variations in weave, texture, or color may occur. These are not defects but unique characteristics that celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different due to variations in screen resolution.

We take pride in delivering premium-quality sarees. Each product undergoes a thorough quality check and is stamped with a ‘QC Passed’ mark to ensure it is free from any damage or defects.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

While we strive for 100% satisfaction, returns & exchanges are only allowed under specific conditions. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility:

  • You may request a return or exchange if:
  • The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product does not match the description or image provided.

Timeframe:

  • You must initiate the return or exchange process within 5 days of receiving the product.

Process:

  • Email us at care@jaalkaar.com with:
    • Your order details.
    • Photos of the damaged or defective product.
    • Your reason for return.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including:
    • The gift box.
    • Care instruction card.
    • The muslin bag provided with your purchase.
  • Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or altered products as per your request cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement once the returned item passes our inspection.
